Service Times

Service times will vary based on product type and quantity ordered. Our service times will be as expeditious as possible given the constraints of time and quality issues. We would rather the project be done right rather than fast as this helps eliminate the need for remakes.

Rush Services

Requests for rush service may result in additional charges.

  • Rush service is subject to volume and staff availability. Please indicate interest in rush service during time of consultation.

Shipping Services

We can ship orders if requested. Methods available are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please indicate the method chosen along with a complete and correct address and phone number of the receiving party.

  • No P.O. Boxes can be shipped to by UPS or FedEx.
  • Shipped orders will be C.O.D. unless applied to an open account or paid in advance.

Account Policy

All accounts to be cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover unless applied to an open account.

  • No second party billing unless in advance of production
  • A service fee will be charged will be charged for checks returned by the bank for any reason.
  • ALL accounts are Net 10 days. A fiance charge will be assessed to past due accounts.

Limit of Liability

The delivery of film or digital materials to PSC® for processing, printing, or other purposes constitutes an agreement by our clients that if any such materials are damaged or lost by our agents, PSC® will replace the items with an equivalent amount of unexposed film or other digital media.  Other than such replacement, the handling of of film and digital materials is without warranty or liability and recovery for any damages is excluded.

  • Although all reasonable precautions are taken to prevent such occurrences, PSC® cannot be held responsible for unintentional  or accidental damage to original documents, artwork, objects, tapes, digital media or other materials.

PSC® and all related media is the registered trademark of PSC® Digital and cannot be re-used in any fashion without the express consent of the owning parties of the PSC® trademark.
